Door-Step Delivery of Government services

Citizen centric services to people, at their doorsteps, is an initiative to provide hassle-free access of Government to Citizen -G2C- services, by launch of Door-Step Delivery -DSD-. 

The Chief Minister said this will bring all 43 critical G2C services , such as Certification of Births and Deaths, Income, Residence, Caste, Pension, Electricity Bill payments and others, right to the doorsteps of citizens across the State. 

Citizens can avail of this service by dialing a helpline number and scheduling an appointment at their convenience.
